Privacy Policy for SupplySavvy

Effective Date: March 22, 2026

At D-Squared Ventures, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how SupplySavvy ("the App") handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 App Data: All information you enter into SupplySavvy, such as household item lists, reminders, and settings, is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this data is also synced to your personal iCloud account, which is managed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more details.

1.2 Advertising Data: Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA, when you grant permission), approximate location data, ad interaction data (impressions and clicks), and diagnostic information (crash reports and performance metrics). This data is used to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

1.3 Tracking Transparency: On iOS, the App will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing any cross-app tracking for advertising purposes. You can change this preference at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

2. Use of Information

2.1 Your app data (lists, reminders, settings) is used solely to provide the App's core functionality and is never sent to our servers.

2.2 Advertising data collected by AdMob is used to serve and measure advertisements within the App.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 No Personal Data Sharing: We do not collect or share any personal information you enter into the App.

3.2 Advertising: SupplySavvy displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to personalize ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency preferences.

3.3 Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Your Choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or by adjusting your preferences in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device. You may also reset your Advertising Identifier or enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other appropriate channels.
